Joycelyn was awesome. great customer service. At the time of check in she was the only person attending to cuduomer. there were at least 8 check in. she took her time and processed with out getting overwhelmed. Very helpful and accommodating.

The room and more importantly the bathroom, appeared to be very clean and well maintained. The bed was a king which was what was advertised and more important the linens/bedspread on the bed appeared to be very clean and crisp. The bed itself was comfortable. Coffee from coffee machine next to front desk was better than expected.

The staff were polite, courteous, and respectful. The hotel was handicap accessible . The staff were extremely accommodating to my elderly and handicapped mother.

The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable with lots of extra pillows. There was extra wash cloth and towels. I will definitely stay here again. There was breakfast, and there was a good variety.

The room was perfect for our one night stay. The beds were made nicely and everything was clean. The bathroom was a nice size and we were provided with more than what we needed. Check-In and Out was quick and easy. Will return!
