The staff - particularly Jocelyn and Kim at the Front Desk, and Fanny and Rosario, the Breakfast Room Attendants. They were all very friendly, and they were all about customer satisfaction! All of them are definitely assets to your business.

There were four problems with my room. The light from outside made my room sort of light and had trouble sleeping because my room was too bright. The floor got pretty wet from taking a shower even with the curtain closed. I saw a roach on top of the desk. The desk clerk who checked me in her name is Kim. She kept a copy of my debit card on record she said in case I smoke in the or damage the room, I never had to do this before when I stayed at this hotel, I felt like it was racially motivated. And the breakfast eggs and sausage were cold.

I loved the new look of the Ramada by Wyndham Hotel. As you enter, the artificial fire place and the misty aroma of the lobby is what catches the attention of your senses first. I stayed in a double bed room, that came with a mini fridge and freezer, television, standing closet that had an iron and ironing board in it, desk and chair and a Keurig machine. The room I stayed in came with a view of the parking lot out front. The bathroom set up was also really nice, the shower had really hot water which was refreshing and my friends and I had a beautiful LED lit mirror for our million and one selfies☺️. One final touch I really liked was the chandelier in the room. The Breakfast options were pretty simple but good enough for me and my friends. There were waffles, eggs, sausages, bagels and cream cheese, individually packaged variety of cereal and many juice options, coffee and tea. The lady that worked in the kitchen asked me to leave her a review on tripadvisor/google but the scan card was not working so i'll leave it here. Patty I think her name was, she was amazing, she made my friends and I waffles and she engaged in conversation with us and made us comfortable and we loved that. 5 star rating worthy😊 The hotel is a 5 minute drive and 24 minute walk away from the Mall at Bay Plaza which we also liked very much as we were close to the grocery store Stop & Shop where we picked up some last minute stuff.

I like how the place is secluded you can see it from the street but it is really private because when you come outside you towards the back of the place

They allowed me to check in earlier than their usual check-in time. The property was clean and in a very good location, where food stores and other shopping areas are accessible within 10-15 mins walk

I like how it’s tucked away off the main roads very pleasant I love they have free breakfast in the morning so thoughtful. Staff I came across was polite and pleasant

Smooth check in thanks to Jocelyn from front desk & also Mike from front desk every question I had they answered and ms. Carmen the very best from house keeping I lost a special ring that night but res assure Carmen found it and held it for me with front desk..definitely coming back sooner than later
